How quickly can my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. (Mon-Sat)

What’s the minimum order quantity for wholesale pricing?

Our MOQ starts at 700 boxes.

Are your boxes suitable for heavy items?

Our boxes are double-wall, meaning they have two layers of cardboard for extra strength and durability. They’re ideal for packing heavier items and are less likely to get damaged during transport. Our medium-sized double wall boxes have a loading capacity of 18-20kg, depending on the size of the box, while the larger sizes can hold between 27-30kg of evenly distributed weight. Please note that these weights are a guide, we advise that you test this with your product first.

What are your shipping costs?

UK Pallet Express: £75 (Free on all orders over 1000 boxes.)

International Pallet Shipping: Costs vary depending on location.

Do you offer samples before placing a large order?

Yes, we can provide samples for you before placing a large order. Please contact us to request a sample.

Do you provide tracking information for wholesale shipments?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status of your shipment.

Do you only sell B2B?

Yes, we currently only sell B2B as a wholesaler, but this may change in the future.

Can I place a standing order for regular deliveries?

Absolutely. We can set up a regular or one off delivery schedule to ensure you always have the boxes you need.

Do the boxes have a print on them?

On some of our boxes, we may have our website and logo on the side. We are also able to accomodate only plain boxes if needed.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

How do you handle payments?

For most orders, we send you an invoice by email which you are able to pay on our payment processors website. If you would like to use a different payment method, please contact us.
